Ray White redefines real estate with launch of NurtureCloud Buyer Module

By Kate Williams

Ray White New Zealand’s agents are set to have an “unfair advantage” after the official launch of the NurtureCloud Buyer Module, a revolutionary technology suite designed to match each individual listing with the best potential buyers for that particular property.

The rollout follows an intensive series of eight launch events and 48 online training sessions, equipping the Ray White network with a sophisticated playbook for modern real estate operations.

The new buyer module introduces four key features: Pitch Mode, Smart Buyer Match, open home check-in, and a real-time vendor property portal where vendors can see buyer activity on their listing.

“This rollout marks a significant step forward for Ray White New Zealand, reinforcing the strength of our NurtureCloud technology,” Mark McLeod, Ray White Chief Strategy Officer (Real Estate), said.

“Our agents are now equipped with tools that place them firmly ahead of the industry.

“Together, these capabilities give our network deeper visibility into buyer demand, enable more meaningful connections, and deliver a data-driven experience that empowers our members to work smarter and respond faster.”

The buyer module leverages advanced AI to identify high-propensity buyers based on real-time activity across the Ray White network.

Through Smart Buyer Match, NurtureCloud general manager Courtney Martin said agents can provide tangible evidence of buyer demand by matching the top 20 most active buyers to a specific property before the campaign even begins.

“Technology that supported our ambitions didn’t exist, so we built it,” Ms Martin said.

“While others may claim they ‘have buyers,’ we now provide tangible evidence through Smart Buyer Match. This is a distinct advantage for our agents and their customers that is simply unavailable elsewhere.

“Furthermore, our vendors are given access to a dedicated portal with live updates on their sale. We live in a world where we expect instant information, so why should selling your greatest asset be any different?”

The launch introduces a new era of transparency for New Zealand homeowners. The Vendor Property Portal offers sellers a 24/7 view of their campaign’s performance, including portal views, enquiries, and detailed inspection breakdowns. This is further supported by a comprehensive weekly campaign report generated directly through the platform.

Ray White New Zealand chief executive Daniel Coulson said this investment reflected the group’s commitment to market leadership.

“We are proud to bring the next phase of NurtureCloud to our New Zealand members,” Mr Coulson said.

“Through the group’s and family’s investment, our members are not only more efficient, but can also provide sellers a greater depth and quality of buyers.

“An added benefit for the buyer is the high degree of relevance in the listings they receive.

“The addition of the buyer module is unlike anything any other real estate salesperson has access to, anywhere.”
