Izabella’s life experiences have shaped her into a resourceful and approachable professional who enjoys rising to new challenges and is comfortable navigating change. From living rurally on a farm, learning about agriculture and horticulture, to moving to the city and embracing the energy and opportunities of city life, Izabella is very familiar with and understands the importance of adaptability. 

Through her university studies, Izabella has developed a strong knowledge of legal frameworks and business principles. This background aided her in developing strong negotiation skills and a data-driven approach to her work. Izabella takes pride in cultivating a stress-free environment in which her clients always feel welcomed and understood. 

She places great importance in building strong relationships, loyalty, and providing ongoing support for her clients' futures, not just throughout the process but into their future endeavours. She is always striving to ensure her clients’ wants and needs are made a main priority.

On her days not spent in the office, she can be found spending her time with her family, working on a new painting, or cooking and baking the evenings away. Her hobbies have taught her a lot in the ways of patience, resilience, and attention to detail. Most importantly, they have instilled in her the importance of commitment to a task. Not only for the final result but for the enjoyment of the process. 

Izabella is proud to join the internationally award-winning service, Ray White Rangiora, as a sales associate. Working in a team alongside Stuart Morris and Daph O’Rourke, Izabella is looking forward to putting her customer service skills to use and seeing where this new career will take her.
