As we move into December, we are closing in on the last of our auctions for the year. I wanted to take this opportunity to invite all of our past buyers & sellers as well as potential buyers and sellers to attend our Christmas Auction Gala which is to be held at the Rangiora RSA from 4pm on 14th December. This will be our second to last auction day for 2022 and will showcase 6 properties across the district. From first home options, to bare land lifestyle blocks and established lifestyle properties. Moving forward into 2023 we will be holding auction events over and above our weekly auction days. These are an opportunity for home owners to take advantage of tailored marketing packages where our suppliers have come on board to offer discounts but maintain maximum exposure for your property. Encouragement for owners, if thinking of making a move, to seriously consider taking their properties through the auction process. We are in a market where the average time a property sits on the market is getting longer and the auction process continues to provide results for owners quicker than any other method of sale, regardless of a sale on auction day or not. We are excited to be hosting this event and looking forward to hosting more dedicated auction events in 2023, so keep your eyes peeled for the next one, likely to be in February.
