With an ever present welcoming smile, positive attitude and eagerness to help, Rachael Rayner is the perfect person to have working alongside Christine Watton in her role as personal assistant.  

Six years experience in the real estate industry has equipped Rachael with the skills and expertise required to make the Kaiapoi office tick along seamlessly, providing the support and structures which are the backbone of a successful real estate business.  

As Rachael has her Salesperson Licence, this enables her to assist Christine in the whole process of property transactions from the start to finish, assisting clients in all facets, whether buying or selling.  

Rachael grew up on a farm in the Mackenzie country with her parents and four sisters, and says that farming taught her many of the life skills she now puts into practice.  “Farming taught me first hand that working hard, having initiative and not giving up when life gets tough is the best way to approach life”, she says, and this is evident in her work ethos.  

In her spare time Rachael enjoys spending time with her husband and two primary school aged children.
