Dee Boivin

The ability to build strong, long lasting relationships with her clients as well as real empathy and warmth for people makes Dee the ideal person to work within the property management industry, which is afterall really all about the people!  Combine this with her down-to-earth approach, and oodles of common sense and you can see why she has so many loyal clients.

Meeting people from all walks of life is something Dee really enjoys.  "Listening to people's stories is something I love, and when you get the chance to tell a tenant they have been successful in securing their new home - as well as the landlord that they have a fantastic new tenant moving into their rental - well that is something special", she says.

Coming from a sole charge property management position into a team is something Dee has embraced, as well as the many systems and processes Morris & Co has.  "Wow, wow, wow", she says. "The support of the team is fantastic, and so important in being able to problem solve and manage workflow and the amazing systems and processes just ensure no stone goes unturned and all the boxes are ticked".

Outside of work Dee loves riding her horse and spending time with her dogs.  She also enjoys traveling to the off-the-beaten-track parts of New Zealand, testing out the golf courses of Aotearoa and not to forget her children and grandchildren who are the apple of her eye - you will find Dee on the sidelines of many sports fields being their number one supporter!
